In my "free" time: •triathlete the past 16 years with 7 Ironmans •20+ half Ironmans •countless other distance tris •mountain biker the past 25 years with two 24 hour races (too painful...I'm still tired from the last one!)to my credit.
•and last year I discovered paddleboarding---a fantastic workout, no cars or buses to worry about (just the occasional shark).
